Governors
A School Improvement Board (SIB) is in place as the Local Governing Body (LGB) for this school. The SIB is in place to provide effective local governance of the school, secure the rapid improvements required, and enable a new LGB to be reconstituted at the earliest possible opportunity.
The SIB is comprised of five (5) people appointed on a short-term basis to support the school in securing rapid and sustainable improvement.
The Headteacher/Executive Headteacher is also an ex-officio member of the SIB for the duration they are in post. The Chair of the SIB will be appointed on an annual basis by the members of the SIB present at the first meeting. It is anticipated that the SIB will be in place for a period of twelve (12) months from March 2023, with a new Local Governing Body reconstituted and in place in March 2024.
